Hanepoot & the Biggish Band (formerly known as the Jazz Workshop Biggish Band) are appearing live at the Baxter Theatre Concert Hall, Rosebank this Saturday August 13, as part of the FMR 10th Birthday Celebrations.
FMR 101.3 FM Stereo has been broadcasting in Cape Town 24-hours-a-day since 1995, dividing airtime between Jazz and Classical Music. This radio station plays an vital role in the Western Cape music scene, and has been pro-active in promoting South African music and musicians along with topical news and interviews about noteworthy events in Cape Town's cultural and performing arts life.
Come and celebrate this event with Cape songsters Sylvia Mdunyelwa, Jeff Weiner who will also be doing their thing along with the Kyle Shepherd Trio and the Alan Cameron Quartet.
